Quick scoping in mine and i think a lot of other peoples definition is: Bringing up your scope only when you see an enemy and QUICKly firing a shot. SOH pro will not work on snipers and when you scope in your sights will be slightly off from where they were and you will need to re-adjust to shoot them. Quickscoping will never be gone just changed.
