So if I make a full TOTS/IF Squad I can put the players in any position and they will still play normal?

only players non day 1 cards will work. If i was you id do it quick EA are patching it.

They will not play "normal" but they will all play on 4 or 6 chemistry, I am not fully sure which one it is, because non day one cards will always have the same chemistry no matter where they are placed.

It's 6 chem bud. So basically any special cards (Except Legends) will play to card stats, regardless of their actual chem.
