I had kali linux when i was wanting to be an ethical hacker... Still have a lot of useless information locked in my brain xD
I stick with windows now because the effort of installing it...

Used it in a vmware for a long time to test some programs, but last time I actually used it was back in 2006 on my laptop, it was decent for a old ass laptop.

used it about a month ago, booted it off a USB to test components for about two days until my ssd came.

I used to use vmware to host my Kali linux to boot my usb with Tails on it, bought some stuff and never used it again and before assumptions are made, it wasn't anything illegal. Saw a good deal for bitcoin and took it.
