I would prefer it be under $900, but it's good.

I will be using it for video editing and gaming, more video editing.

Terrible.

The 960 was terrible before and with new cards releasing it makes 0 sense getting. Hyper 212 EVO is a terrible cooler and won't get you a good overclock with good cooling. No SSD in a $900/$1000 rig? I would get a bigger PSU.

It's a tad bit over budget but includes a 1070 and a nice cooler. Phanteks Enthoo Pro M is a really good case for the price. 16 GB of ram although you could settle with 8GB instead.

i7 for your video editing. Wait for the 1060 so be announced to you have the option. Also get an after market GPU whether it's a 1060 or a 480.

It's absolutely horrific.

Are you actually buying a PC? Because you've asked for help multiple times with several topics that go months and months back.
