Ok so recently my brother purchased a new xbox one and I also have one we have AT&T U verse with supposedly 25mbps but we do internet speed checks and it says we only have around 3.2-4.5 and we lag a bunch when we are both online. I have been reading up on some forums that if i threaten to cancel they will give me a better deal is this true? I am actually going to cancel if i cant get this problem fixed i pay 68 dollars a month. What internet providers do you guys recommend? Thanks in advance for all the help

Try running a wire to your xbox it'll help you can pick a 50ft on amazon for like $9

We both have wired connection We thought that was the problem at first also but it didnt help

LOL i live literally in downtown Dallas and I hate the fact that my internet is crap when it comes to gaming
