I always have to make new accounts because paypal keeps on locking them. I lost so much money because of them. Is there any way to prevent it?

Did this ever happen to you?

Make sure you have all your identity details submitted and that you are 18 or older.

Well, you're only allowed to have two PayPal accounts per person. One for personal use and one business related. If you create anymore, PayPal tend to close them down. So if you're using the same information on multiple PayPal accounts, that's probably contributing to them becoming locked.

As Brandon said, if you give them your address, credit card information and all the other information they require the first time they ask for it, then it's unlikely that they will close your account.

The worst thing you could do is create another account and use the same information, that just makes it look as if someone has stolen your details and tried to create an account.

I'd give PayPal all the information they need, wait a week or two and then call them personally if that doesn't work and see what's going on.

I've personally never had a problem and you won't if you set it up correctly. I created mine and that day added a debit card, bank acct, and SSN, etc. I promise if you upload your Social Security Number to PayPal they will not close it.
