Basically, any hard drive that has USB 3 should be usable to upgrade your storage space. When you connect the USB, the xBox should recognize it and ask you what you want to do with the medium. Select that you want to use it for game storage and the xBox will automatically format the drive so that you can use it.
However, seeing this is a docking station, the hard drives might not have the USB 3.0 and I am not certain if it would work then. If you want to be on the safe side, I would just get a drive with a USB 3.0 and then it should work perfectly.
