Get an aftermarket RX 480 or aftermarket GTX 1060. Aftermarket 480s should be on sale on the 14th and 1060s will be released on the 19th. Get an HDD for mass storage if needed. Can get a cheap cooler, like the Cryorig M9i from Newegg for $20. It will reduce temperatures, noise and improve aesthetic. Corsair 88R if you want a windowed case. If you want, you can get an i5-6500 for a little under $100 more but that might put you over budget, i3-6100 will be fine. If you need an OS, get a key for $20-$30 from Kinguin or something.

Couldn't pull up a Optical Drive and I did a budget case.
The Stock cooler fan that comes with the FX 6300 it loud ect. So I have this after market which you will see. 2 heat sink pipe quiet and keeps me around 30c with being Overclocked to a 4.1. It comes Stock 3.5 with a stock over clock to the 4.1 which isnt needed I just run it.
Now the graphics cards are SLI compatiable so youll run both at the same time which will be great. 8gb total. Any questions PM me

Rip that PC. Going to be fun when two GTX 960s and an FX-6300 blow up on that budget 500w PSU.

AM3+ is 5 years old, it's dead. The i3-6100 out-performs it in gaming, hands down. Its also better in many other tasks due to its far superior architecture and per core performance.

212 EVO sucks. Cryorig M9i is cheaper and better.

GTX 960 sucks. Always get a single better GPU, buying two low end GPUs straight off the bat is stupid. GTX 1060/RX 480 would be better than SLI 960s anyway.

So not only is what I suggested significantly better, it's about $150 cheaper, and has more upgrade potential.

Go ahead and try playing AAA titles at 200+ FPS at high settings, I guarantee you can't. Especially with that FX-6300 holding you back. Regardless, what performance you get is irrelevant.

The i3-6100 is better than the FX-6300, there are plenty reviews, benchmarks, and video's proving this. It's not hard to use Google. SLI GTX 960s can easily pull 300W under load, and the FX-6300 150-200W. On a budget PSU, that just isn't safe, especially if overclocked. It's a good way to damage components. A single GTX 1060 or RX 480 would out-perform SLI 960s anyway, use less power, and won't come with the multi-GPU issues, such as micro stuttering and games having bad or even no SLI support.
