My driver side door on my car squeaks loud now... can that be fixed with something as simple as wd-40 or is their a special lubricant I need?

What do you mean loud? Squeaking? Rattling? Distortion? Ect.
Could be a number of things. Could be a loose bolt or it could be something wrong internally with the speaker driver.

Just when I open and close the door it sounds like it's from the hinges. Been going on for about a month or so

TONS of things can cause this. On my dads Escalade a little piece of metal sheared off from the hinge, it was still attached but it hit scraped on the car making a loud squeak when opening or closing the door.
Just sit there opening and closing the door until you can pinpoint where that squeak is coming from. If it is something that needs to be lubed up, DO NOT use WD-40. WD-40 is meant to get things unstuck, not to be a permanent fix. WD-40 will collect dirt and dust making your issue worse. What you need is grease, any kind. I like the grease in the tub you have to scoop out with your hands, some don't like it because it's messy, but it is what it is. You can also buy your general electric grease that you buy when you get a new tail light or something, that should work as well. It comes in a tiny little packet so you don't have to worry about storing a tub of grease or anything like that.
