I tried G-fuel once because my friend had it and I thought that it was completely useless.
I'm going to get this out there anyway, so that people can decide for themselves.
There's 150MG of caffeine in a single G-fuel scoop and there's approximately 80MG of caffeine in a cup of coffee.
You're taking almost twice the amount of caffeine in one scoop of Gfuel than a full cup of coffee contains. Not to mention that some people take two or even three scoops in their Gfuel.
Now, if you're unaware, caffeine is a drug. It's also an extremely addictive drug. And of course there's withdrawal symptoms to it.
If you were to take G-fuel everyday for a month and then stop one day, you will have side effects.
Here's the ingredients in a Gfuel tub so you can see the kind of thing you're putting into your body.
7000% of your daily recommend amount of vitamin B12?
500% of your recommended amount of vitamin B6?
It's basically a load of cheap powder, with tons of caffeine added so that people using it will become addicted and keep buying their product, thinking that Gfuel actually works because of their increased energy levels.
Why do they have increased energy levels? Because caffeine is addictive and as soon as you stop taking it you suffer from withdrawal symptoms including a feeling of tiredness and a lack of energy.
I'm not bashing anyone who uses Gfuel. I'm simply saying that people should be aware that it's completely useless and does nothing good for you but after all, it's your choice. I just wish the YouTubers wouldn't use their fans as paycheck's.

I tried Blue Ice before. I don't really think buying G-Fuel is worth it though. I just usually buy energy drinks and thats alright for me. Much cheaper and does the same shit.
