What i believe is that The Pro is abusing his powers and Microsoft knows about it. Microsoft is stuck in this situation because if they remove him as a staff, people will sue them because some people think he is doing fine with the banning, but if they keep him they will still be sued because of all the damage he has done to all other members. The Pro could have been a pro before, but things have changed and he has changed. I actually remember the old pro, and surely this is not him. That video could have been fake but what I know is that Microsoft is just stupid.
