What will the PC be used for?
What monitor, keyboard, and mouse do you already have?

If you're gaming on 2 monitors, it'll obviously be a little more demanding than one. I assume you'll just be gaming on one monitor then the other for streaming?
They are 1920x1080? They are, more than likely.

Okay cool, yeah the 480 should run games ezpz. I'd wait a little longer for more build options though. Not everyone has the same opinion.

Don't get that 480, it's a reference card. Reference cards suck, especially the 480. The single 6-pin on reference 480's are holding them back, if you get a 480, wait for aftermarket variants. Otherwise, get an aftermarket GTX 1060. GTX 1060 releases on the 19th, and we should have aftermarket models available immediately. Aftermarket 480s should be available on the 14th.

Get the Cryorig M9i from Newegg for $20. $310 left for GPU, should be able to get a nice aftermarket 1060/480 for less than $280 easily though. 480GB SSD. 2TB HDD for mass storage. XFire support if you go with the 480.
Some alternative case choices;

You can see my review of the H440, and Zayev's review of the Enthoo Pro in the Hardware Reviews sticky at the top of this section.
