The GTX 1070 Output
Dual-link DVI-D *1
HDMI-2.0b*1 (Max Resolution: 4096x2160 @60 Hz)
Display Port-1.4 *3 (Max Resolution: 7680x4320 @60 Hz)
Now i run 2 monitors one monitor runs HDMI from both sides witch is ok.
The second monitor runs HDMI from the monitor to Single-link DVI-D.
I want to find out if it's ok to just go ahead and plug the Single-Link DVI-D into the Dual-Link port in the graphics card or will i lose Performance? +Rep to best answer.
I have been doing this with my 660 ever since i have had it.
