So someone just blasted me for taking pre workout everytime before i train or go to the gym which is everyday, I take one scoop of C4 as it gives me a nice little boost and helps me to sweat more. This person told me that it's going to ruin my liver, and that normal people don't take pre-workout? I think this person's crazy, they were in jail for 8 years so what would they know, all my friends also always take pre workout before they train.

Not necessarily. I used to take pre-workout but I stopped. I usually just eat a banana and drink plenty of water before I workout. You can also drink coffee before working out if you need energy.
If you are going to take pre-workout, make sure you cycle off every few months. You don't want to get addicted to it. Also you can get used to the 1 scoop you are taking, so you'll need to take more for the same effect. That won't be good either. You could potentially ruin your kidneys drinking a lot of energy drinks and taking a ton of pre-workout.
I would recommend not taking it, but it's not going to kill you if you take it in moderation. If you want energy, eat a big meal and drink plenty of water. A banana and a protein bar is enough for me to give me some energy before I workout.

Not sure if I am 100% right, but I wouldn't say it is bad for you everyday as long as you take it in proportions. Don't have way to many scoops, and give yourself time off it every so often, but be prepared for the withdrawal symptoms

But you can't really compare eating a banana and drinking plenty of water with drinking PWO. The effect it gives is very different.
I train a lot and have taken PWO for a long time as well, and kind of learned the hard way. At one point I drank too much PWO and I started to get pain in my chest throughout the day, so I stopped taking it for a couple of months.
So I think it's pretty simple. Yes, PWO is a great supplement which gives you a lot more energy in the gym or wherever you train (don't forget a proper diet!!!!), but don't take to much of it.
I recommend you looking at the label and see what the recommended daily dose is, and DON'T take anymore than that. If you've taken the PWO for a longer time, and starting to get used to it and have to use more than what's recommend, then cycle off it and don't use it for a while, then you should be fine!

In a way I suppose if your taking everyday of the year you should start building a tolerance to that dosage then that leads to adding a scoop more then another then another.
Should be fine though fat burners I'm currently taking have 500mg of caffeine in them and I'm still fine.

it depends how you use it. I used to take it everyday i worked out after about a month i was using about 3 scoops a day witch is not healthy so i no longer use it . I think moderation is the key plus on the back of the tub it recommends to only take it for 4 weeks then have a break in Australia might be different in other country's.

Personally I don't take preworkout. I don't find that it makes much difference for me considering I'm bulking most of the time and I'm eating so many carbs that a prework out isn't going to make a difference.
The only bad thing about taking it everyday would be that firstly, there's a comedown effect of caffeine meaning that although you will feel more energised for a short period of time after taking it, when the effects wear off then you will more tired than you did before taking it.
As for on damaging your liver, it probably wont do anything to your liver. If you don't drink enough water though, creatine can be pretty harmful to your kidneys though.
The preworkout is just based around the caffeine and creatine, so it's not going to make you gain anymore muscle than you would without it.
I wouldn't recommend taking it everyday, simply because you shouldn't need it. You should already feel pretty pumped up going to the gym and ready to kick ass.
Do what you want anyway, your friend probably has the right idea and just wants to ensure that you don't hurt yourself. At the end of the day it's your choice.
