So I can safely say I am one of the few who has spent such a long time on this site in a position that so many hope to achieve. Do I regret the time I have spent dedicated to the site? Not a single bit.

This site is an amazing place and has transformed drastically over the 6 years I have had the responsibility of being a staff member. From COD4 Zombie mods to MW2 Lobbys to the only legitimate free Microsoft points generator we created.

There's been fights, drama, arguments, laughs, romance (GG Stelter & Shooter) and in a way i'm glad to have been here to experience it all as I feel it's helped me build myself as a person. Sure there has been tough times such as a dearly loved member of staff passing away (RIP Chubz) but I would say this community is one of the closest bonded communities online.

We have shifted away from the mods scene to a more community friendly website. I know there wasn't a lot of members who were happy with this but I hope that you have came around and not only see the reasoning behind the decision but also continue to stay and contribute to this amazing website.

I say this all the time, TheTechGame is nothing without YOU! You are the person who logs on, contributes to the site with shouts in the shoutbox, posts, information, comments, videos, tutorials and downloads. Without you the site would be a dead shell and there would be no reason to continue coming online.

I hate to say that I haven't been as active as I wish I could be however life has gotten in the way. I was made redundant at the end of last year and been busy trying to sort my life out. I've started a new job 3 months ago and been busy with that as well as partying and attending festivals as per usual. (My liver is still going, don't ask me how!) Now that i'm becoming more settled in my new job I am looking to be in a more active role as Senior Admin than I have been in quite a while.

So yeah... Somehow managed to last 6 years without telli or Sean killing me. The work those 2 put into the site is beyond belief and they are both overdue a vacation. Sean might seem inactive but he works the hardest on this site day in day out. Huge congratulations have to go to all the other staff members past and present who dedicate their time to the site, god knows we have some hard times but I wouldn't choose any other crazy bunch to go through it with.

I hope the work I do continues to benefit you guys. A lot of the time it is behind the scenes stuff such as breaking lots of new features before they go live so we can get it fixed. Looking to get a lot more community gaming nights set up again as well - Jackbox Party Pack again?

But yeah I've made a ridiculous amount of friends through here and hope to keep it growing. Even now I'm planning to meet up for round 2 of drinks with BULLETSTORM in 2 weeks time and will be attending The Chainsmokers with Andy.
