Im thinking about buying one of these gaming laptops and I wanted to get some opinions before I buy. Also when you guys give your opinion if can you let me know the reasoning behind it I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advanced guys!

NOTE: I know a desktop is much better than a laptop but with being away at college a laptop is better for me.

The 1st one has a more powerful CPU, which is better for multi-tasking and streaming and such.

The 2nd one has a better GPU which will have better performance in games. Still has a powerful CPU.

I'd say the second one for better performance of games but if you're into streaming and having a ton of programmes open get the first one

The second one has a barely more powerful CPU. I'd much rather have him get the second one. Better GPU and still a good CPU.

Oh, I realized. But since he is in college, the mobility would probably be much better for him. Otherwise, I would've suggested to build a PC.

The laptops arent horrible for $1k, however they are using outdated parts. Still good though.
