Hi recently the screen of my laptop has had this appear on it, and i don't know what it is or how to get rid of it any suggestions, or does any one know what it is?

Dead pixels, did you hit or tap that part of the screen with anything?

Looks like you've damaged the LED in the display. Take it to a local computer repairing clinic, it usually costs around £35/$45 depending on the make and model.
