So i was playing gta v with my friends on PS4 and all of the sudden this dude teleports to us and spawns a ton of busses. He also floated in the air. Is this a DNS code or what is he using to to this?

As far as i know neither PS4 or Xbox one have been modded so my guess is probably some sort of creator mode glitch
