This isn't a problem I've ever had before on Xbox but today I went to change my Gamertag and when I click on customise profile , the box for me to change Gamertag is shaded and doesn't let me click on it. But I can click on location and Bio.

If not any of those, I think members of the Preview Program are having these problems too. You can always just change it on the website.
