I'd get something like that. You can run the i3 iGPU for now, but won't do any serious gaming with it. Add an RX 470 when they release, should be soon. Or maybe a GTX 1050 if it releases first. Do not buy any GPUs, like a GTX 950/960, or R9 370/380, or any older GPUs, they don't make sense any more. Otherwise, your best option for a GPU is a GTX 1060, which you can get for like $250-$260, so it would be about $55-$65 over budget

If you go for the 470, you should be able to get one for $150-$160 once they release, so you could get something like this;
