Refer to my other post, The beta was still going on after the game was finished and shipped out to retailers.

It still has been changed.. the game has been shipped to retailers 2 days ago and the game got finished less than a week ago

the idle sway on sniper rifles will have an even bigger effect on quickscoping, which in other words it will be harder to execute.

Apparently Treyarch have an update ready for the games release to make Quickscoping incredibly difficult.
