What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
£500-£900 GBP
Do you need a monitor?
No
Do you need a keyboard?

Do you need a mouse?
No
Do you need an operating system?
Yes Preferably windows 7 but ill take 10 if thats whats offered
What will you use the PC for?
- Photoshop/Digital Graphics/Editing
- Gaming (nothing crazy)

What kind of games will you be playing? What monitor do you have? You're going to want Windows 10. Windows 7 doesn't have DX12 support and you'll want DX12 support for sure. Just buy a key from G2A, Kinguin, or /r/microsoftsoftwareswap for £15-20.
