Sadly im running low after bills etc..

can only spend upwards too 145.00

anything decent around ?

or if possible i could use parts from my old pc in a optiplex iv'e herd but i dont think any decent optiplex's are around for lower then 149.00 ? if so i dont mind running games on low or medium i dont need high or anything just want too play games in a stable state.

*Low budget build

now if i were too buy this and add my graphics card plus power supply and 8GB Ram sticks
would this be able too run say h1z1 on low or medium settings!

To put it bluntly, you need a little more money to build a sufficient system.

I am assuming you are working in dollars, so I would say the minimum you need is at least $400-450.

Don't buy non of that Dell crap. It won't get you far. What parts do you have as of now?
