Kinda dead right now yeah but I think its because alot of users are out and about doing things in their summer time. When school starts back up I think the site will get a bit more activity.
Lets face it though, modding is kinda dying out and this site was basically popularized for modding. Just natural progression.

Absolutely. I remember I had an account back then Here where I was hosting. Typically forgot the password and started on another one. Started hosting again.
Miss the days of Kristianzhe and co.

It might not be as active as it was say two or three years ago but I think the community now is more committed to the site. That's what it seems like for the most part
A lot of the time people sign up just the check out the downloads or archives in the forums, which is why if you look at those who just registered it will say they are online, lurkers, and just checking the downloads. Which I mean is totally okay.

How active was the site a few years ago compared to now? Was there a lot more posts? Or what exactly is the site lacking that it used to, I'm just curious

ShainandJosh wrote How active was the site a few years ago compared to now? Was there a lot more posts? Or what exactly is the site lacking that it used to, I'm just curiousIt was mainly the general discussion that was active, you'd have the first page filled with new threads every ten minutes. Then in 2012 rules were set in place because the section was getting out of hand and then it got to how it is now, which isn't exactly too bad.

Ah yeah I see what you mean, that does kinda suck. If you go into the general thread sometimes it'll be hours before you see a new post I wish I was around when the site was really active. Do you think it'll ever be like it once was?

said this before and here im saying it again
ttg will be just as active or more active once there are public xbox one exploits
Also, this site is not dead. Not even close. If you look at the other sites that were similar to TTG back in the 'golden days' of modding, all those sites are actually dead.
