I really like this one. Thoughts on it? I always give my banners a gray background 9 times out of 10 I can remove it easily. But for now this is how I will post most of my banners

Seems pretty dark.
But then again you presented it on a dark background.
Present this on a light or white background and it will probably be more appealing.

The font I dont like about this, the color is okay. The shininess of the text hurts my eyes. Altogether not bad at all mate. Keep it up...

Font isn't very good, those particles should be removed and it would look alot better.

7.5/10 if you changed the font and removed those particles
