This started about a month ago and my motherboard keeps frying in my custom built computer it fine for like a couple weeks than bam it happens again so at this point im thing it may be the computer thats shorting it out each time i dont know what to do

Does your system have any hardware damage or any errors at all? If your system can boot for weeks without a problem then cut off immediately unexpectedly, my natural instinct is hardware damage. I'd say nothing is fried.

What motherboard are you using? Are you using fans? Have you checked your motherboard and correlate the error codes with the handbook? When does it happen? How do you fix it?
