Well depends what we're talking about, for instance if we're talking about advertising then yes because if you examine over the past 10 years of advertisement you'll notice a change in the way things are shown and how the colors work with the product.

Otherwise if it's just art in general, let's say a blank canvas with a few paint splatters that sell for nearly seven figures then no that isn't art that's just people being idiots with their money.

Oh yes, what people call modern art is atrocious . All you gotta do is call your 3 year olds fingerpainting "Abstract" and sell it for millions XD
