Im not fixed on this motherboard, Im hoping you guys can tell me a cheaper alternative that goes with everything I have here or just give me some advice about what I should swap out with something else. Everything here cost about $800 all together and if you know a better build for less let me know.
Thanks!

That's quite awful tbh.

Do you want to overclock?
What games are you wanting to play?
What exactly is the PC being used for?

Okay, first of all, that's $900, not $800;

No reason to pay $140 for a motherboard. 212 EVO sucks. Get the M9i from Newegg for $20. It's better than the 212 EVO and cheaper. Nice big SSD. Grab an HDD for mass storage as well, if you want and you can use the HDD for media, and the SSD for your OS and games/programs. Much better case and GPU. PSU isn't the greatest, but the 450B makes more sense than the 600B and it'll do fine.
