I set an alarm for 6:00am so I can get ready for school, most days I'm up 5 minutes before my alarm, so really, I don't need one its just for emergencies ;)

I use an app called Sleep Cycle which is an alarm that tracks your sleeping patterns.

100% recommend as it allows you to wake up less groggy as you'll be at your lightest sleep pattern within a 30 min period.

When I'm working I use my alarm clock as need to get up at 4.30am but during my time off at the weekend I don't set an alarm clock but always seem to wake up between 7-10am.

If I need to get up for a certain time, I'll use an alarm clock. If I want to get up early, I'll just leave my curtains open so the sunlight wakes me up.
