Well that's what it's suppose to do. BO2 Has an XP Cap, Therefore, It levels you up by portions, instead of instantly leveling you up to 55, because it won't stick, because of the XP Cap. You should know this information.

Well the problem there could easily be that I'm not hosting a Diamond Camo lobby, It's because I'm hosting a regular XP Lobby, Be more specific next time and let me know what's not working. Then I can help you figure it out. If you want an XP + Diamond Camo Lobby, you could have made a request.
