I had the same problem this morning.
I had a version from the 29th and upgraded to the Haxton bot from the 30th and now it is running smoothly again

Update: I am now getting errors and Fatal Crashes on both bots I have been using

Check haxtons github for an update. ptc Might be down.

My account is saying unable to authenticate whenever I try to log in now, logs in fine to other account though

Make sure in the config that Google or Ptc is spelt like shown. Its case sensitive. Make sure quotations are around the name and password.

This is actually on the Pokemon Go App itself now, it works with the bot but can't log in

I Managed to get on my account Ptc must of been down,

Tried to use the bot and getting
