I'm trying to figure the name of the anime where the mc I guess is like strong and recognized by a like council of the strongest from select countries .

The last thing I remember is that the anime had like a council of some sort of the strongest fighters from like a diff country like Japan USA and France

No sorry another thing I remember is that the male m is asked to join a defense team or something like. That and the female is weak but wants to join also because she doesn't wanna be left behind
