I bought the gold standard whey protein 29 servings and I was having 1 scoop per day, however this is my 29th day on the protein and I still have another 3-4 days of the stuff left, can anyone tell me why this has happened.

It just an estimation , plus I would never go with optimum there prices are way too expensive go with MyProtein good prices same results.

Like others said its just an estimate and it depends if you actually level of the scoop when before you pour it into your shaker cup
