i can change the language but i cant change the locale, the button is all greyed out. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

I don't have my 360 with me to test this out but if you have your time zone set to automatic try changing that, if not I know you could change the region of your xbox account but the problem with that is I believe you can only do it once every 3 months.
