What do you mean by "illustration"? Either way it looks nice, better than anything I can do

Minor cleanups hear and there. Make sure your lines don't overlap unless that's the effect you're trying to accomplish. Possibly adding a Blur to the darker shaded areas ( face, stomach, etc..) Besides that not bad!

i dont have that much of a steady hand so thats why some lines arnt perfect
im trying to fix that

Practice makes perfect! I use a tablet for most of my illustrations at school. If you have some money saved up you should look into it
