So i just need a build for college that only needs to type, print by bluetooth, and play videos. it is not for gaming.

I do need an OS, i need a keyboard, and i need it to be portable to bring it home from school to home. oh and a monitor, the budget is as cheap as possible

All you need then is a laptop, most of which could preform what you need.

No reason to spend extra for your requirements.

"As cheap as possible" isn't a budget we can work with. If you want help, we need adequate information to do so. However, it sounds like a chromebook would be perfect for you. Something like this, maybe;
