I don't agree to this at all. I feel like he's still faceroll af, they did nerf his Q damage but the nerf really just made his FIRST clear weaker, after that he's pretty much the same

Agree completely. The idea with Hecarim was never that he was too OP because of his damage, it's because he's so fast and he can take such a large amount of damage at the sametime.

I feel as if the nerf did literally nothing, he's still one of, if not the strongest jungler at the moment.
