So Pokefarmer is having an issue. It's not something that ruins the program but if you're going for IV Pokemon over CP, it's a slight issue. In the settings tab where you can choose how you want to transfer Pokemon, if you choose any of the IV options such as "transfer all, but keep one of each with the highest IV" it will automatically default it to highest CP instead of IV. If you choose the option to keep one of each for highest CP and IV, it won't transfer any Pokemon at all, until you switch it back to only highest CP. There is an update for application, which could fix that, however I'm not too sure about updating Pokefarmer unless it's from the topic.

Thanks for the notice, I'll see if I can find an updated patched version to add in the post. PokeFarmer is originally a paid service so it's not really ideal. I'd suggest Necrobot or Haxton.

Updated post to become a mega thread. Added more info besides botting as not everyone uses bots and legitimate players may seek more info about the game. Will continue to update all areas and add new content.

Are you running the latest version?
Have you tried alternate coordinates?
Does restarting help at all?
