Been happening to me as of recent, transferred a bunch of my Chansey's, Dragonair's, Arcanine's and a shitload of my fossil Pokemon...
Damn that sucks, I was using it last night and it was fine. Haven't tried it this morning, it better not transfer my Dragonair, lol.. trying to get a high cp dragonite.

I was getting this issue a lot earlier, after a while it just seemed to work. Try haxton again in 10 mins or so and it should be okay
