You are temporarily IP banned. It should be lifted after an hour or two. It's happened to me too.

That could be a possibility but it's not definite. Pokemon GO servers have been really acting up recently, where people are having a blank map, basically no Pokemon, no Pokestops or gyms. Even legit players with one account. The blank maps affect the bots as the bots have nothing to run off of. It's possible OP has an IP ban, but it's also possible servers are just acting up and the bot can't find anything at all.

The weird thing is, I can check if I'm soft banned or not using a soft ban remover tool and Use Pokesniper just fine as well as just playing normally on my phone.

Not sure what's going on though

I seriously believe it was the servers. Last night I was having blank maps where no bot was working and even on my legit accounts on my phone, same thing. Happened again today as well. Reddit some users were having an issue with the blank maps.

I had the same problem earlier today. I found out that it was a temp IP ban. Best way to get around it is to use a VPN until the temp IP ban is over. Wait a few hours disable your VPN then try to see if Necrobot works like normal. Hope this helps.
