Im trying to make a PC build that could run some of my favorite games including Fallout 4 on ultra at 1080P and id like it to run very smooth and fast. I just dont want to spend $30,000,000 trying to make a beast PC.

Why at 1080p, do you have a 1080p monitor? No one can help you with such little information. Go and read the section rules, and reply with adequate information, otherwise we simply can not assist you.

Fill out one of the forms, preferably the detailed form, but simple will do. Do not just pick and choose questions to answer, answer them all or we can't help. Also, we'll need to know if you have any interest in overclocking, or if you'd rather avoid it.
