Mothboard has to be LGA1151 Compatible. Other than that, you're good.

A 6600k and GTX 950 is a pretty weird upgrade. What are your current system specs and what are you upgrading? Also, your budget and currency? No one can help you with anything without a budget/currency to work with.
Also, it depends on the RAM you're using. There are DDR3 compatible LGA1151 motherboards, and DDR4 compatible LGA1151 motherboards. Using DDR3 with Skylake is not smart, or safe, so you should be using DDR4. Assuming you're upgrading socket, since you need a new motherboard as well as CPU, you're probably going to need new RAM as well. Also, with an unlocked CPU, you'll want a motherboard to match, so "any LGA1151 motherboard" won't do, you're going to want a Z170 chipset motherboard paired with that 6600k so you can actually take advantage of it. Otherwise, you're just wasting money.
