Yes I saw this on a Periscope Video, didn't see what happened to man at the end as I didn't see the stream at the end but he chucked his Laptop out of his bag and some other stuff....he was using some kind of ropes and some other bits and bobs. Apart from that he was risking his own life the plumb.

I think he needs therapy and/or medication more than anything
