I got an email from Newegg on Monday saying that they will be sending me a follow-up email with the specifics on how I can submit my claim. I don't know how long it will take to receive the follow-up email, but hopefully it will be soon!

I've seen some UK people get partial refunds from Amazon.
I bought my 970s from Amazon.com because at the time, even after tax and what not it was cheaper than from within the UK. I closed my Amazon.com account because Amazon are dickbags. Further proving this point, when I e-mailed them, the response was that I wouldn't get any partial refund because I closed my account and was outside the US, even though I've had cheques from the US before with no issue. Great, thanks Amazon, there goes that $60
