Nationalism wrote Trump may not be the best, but he is the better choice between him and Hillary Clinton. I don't see how anybody can vote for Hillary Clinton, who blatantly lies to hundreds of thousands of people watching her LIVE.

Donald Trump told his 10 million twitter followers that climate change is a hoax created by the Chinese government and that vaccinations causes autism.
There is no such thing as lies more blatant than that.

There is a difference between lying and being misspoken. Trump wins on ignorant statements, 100 percent. However, I firmly believe Hillary will purposefully and intentionally put out false statements to mislead people to either protect herself, or get elected. She has clearly done that in the past, most recently trying to cover herself up with her email scandal stating James Comey said she was "truthful" with her emails which is totally false. One example of many. I don't expect her to make Government more transparent or trustworthy at all which is the problem I have with her. A lot of people excuse Hillary's tendency to lie based on Trump's tendency to reciprocate conservative propaganda, like his statement on global warming and extreme exaggerations on various things. Both pretty bad imo. Trump's got foreign policy and the economy in his corner as the only policies he can somewhat accurately talk about.

How was Trump's comment being "misspoken"? That is verbatim what he said.

Because those are opinions aligned with many conservatives.. Some choose to not believe in global warming. Some choose to believe vaccines cause autism. I'm not saying global warming is a hoax and that vaccines cause autism, but you can't call it a lie when it's an established belief (for Trump and some conservatives). It's what I mean by ignorant statements and being misspoken because he's not accurate, in my view. He's entertaining the very small gray area in a "debate" that, again, he chooses to believe in. It's like me calling you a liar because you're a Christian, or any other religion.

I probably should specify. Trump is more honest when it comes to transparency. He does speak a lot of http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2016/jun/29/fact-checking-2016-clinton-trump/ because he isn't a politician. A lot of these "lies" are based on his lack of political experience. Not excusing them, but as I said, I label them as inaccuracies more than a lie.

For comparison, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] in an interview about stone-cold facts were misleading and untrue as proved by the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] with the FBI director. Practically no gray area here. Just a matter of lying to help her get over another scandal for the American public to keep trust in her.

Trump will try and sugarcoat things. He'll try to speak with extremes, but I still would trust him to put out the facts about his administration more so than Clinton.

That's not how it works though. You can't have opinion on facts. That is the issue. I'm not going to speak about vaccines and autism since I never looked into anything about it, but the science community is in agreement that climate change is very real. Trump can't just not believe in it. To say that it is a hoax is lying. If Trump does not have any evidence or facts for his "opinions," he should stay quiet until he has them, which this goes with his foreign policy and whatnot as well. Whether "lies" or "inaccuracies," the results have the same conclusion.

The man is a threat to all of our safety. Climate change has the potential to wipe us out (at the very least, very significant damage.) His ignorance on foreign policy while having control of the most powerful military in the world is highly dangerous to us all. Clinton may be just another corrupt politician, but I am comfortable that we could get through her presidency relatively fine. Trump is a wild card. A wild card that I am not comfortable putting any trust in. From him promising to pay the legal fees of his followers attacking protesters, to him mocking a reporter's disability, to him saying we should bomb the family of terrorists, to his pro-torture stance (assuming he hasn't flip-flopped on that yet), to him saying he would not lose any support if he went down the road and shot someone, to his comments about McCain being a POW, to him wanting to (at least at one point) ban Muslims from entering the country, to him arguing with the Khan's, to his most recent "2nd Amendment people" comment. Trump legitimately makes me kind of miss people like George Bush and Mitt Romney. While I disagreed with them, at least they didn't actively divide the people. Hell, right after 9/11, Bush went to a mosque to give a speech. I mean, his actions in the Middle East were pretty contradictory, but at the very least, he didn't try to divide us here at home.

Unfortunately, many [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] don't view climate change as fact. So I can't call him a liar based on that comment alone just because he chooses to take that side of a debate. I think it's ridiculous to not believe in climate change though.

I agree with the rest of your comment.

Trump can only win based on his attacks because Hillary will run circles around him talking about policy in debates. I don't have very much faith in him to not screw up his campaign anymore because of things he says.

Trump's only qualification for being the President is being wealthy, yet he's the only Presidential nominee in the last half century to not release his tax returns.

It's mind boggling how this has come down to Clinton or Trump. When it boils all down to it I feel like Trump will do what's best of America and Clinton will do what's best for her bank account/reputation. Trump may not have the best views but he's no idiot and at least he's honest. I would vote for Trump for the simple fact I can't stand Clinton.

How I feel about this election.

Ironic considering Don's real estate tax plan will give the Trump family more than a $7,000,000,000 windfall. Yes, 7 billion.
Not to mention the fact that Donald has been skating on taxes his entire life. As recently as the 90s did he not pay a penny in taxes.

Like I've said already, I don't like Hillary Clinton as a person, but this is great.

I can already see the responses to this being either:

A) "But he's being taken out of context!"
B) [Insert 10 paragraph post explaining why every single statement is not contradictory - whilst trying, but failing, to not play the semantics game - here.]
C) "People can change their minds!"
D)"Hillary is worse!"

The past year has taught me that discussing this election on this website is an extremely dull affair.
Feel free to refute this video, but unless your reply is something I've not heard before I probably won't reply.

Sorry Trumpers. The candidate in the past 16 elections who was up in the polls at this time, just after the conventions, has gone on to win the popular vote every single time.
Hillary Clinton is currently way up in the polls against Trump. I guess that whole "Loud majority" thing didn't really work out.

Considering Hillary Clinton is running one of the most pandering and stupid campaigns in the history of presidential campaigns that must really sting to know that God Emperor Trump can't manage to prove that he is superior to her.

Last I saw (CNN Poll). Johnson had 9%. After reading these comments, no talk(barely) has been said about Johnson.

What do you think about him? Why aren't more people voting for him?

Because he isn't going to win and what's at stake for this election is higher than normal.

You completely ignored the two previous questions.
