We need to know what you'll be mainly using it for, gaming, editing, streaming? Do you need a monitor, OS, keyboard and mouse too?

Also, in addition to either the simple or detailed form(in the section rules), we need to know whether you have an interest in overclocking, or if you'd prefer to completely avoid it?
Don't just answer some of the questions, otherwise we can't help.
