So on a newly modded account, I load up any gamemode with any map and I can never get past the map loading screen, it will load all the way, I'll pick a class and then it will go back and do it again, and again. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Reset your stats. There is no fixing this error. Sorry but whoever did your pre-mod get them to do it again. And tell whoever it is to get a better tool.
