The CPU you have is called a APU which means it has the built in graphics card that shares with the CPU. When you get the GTX 1060 it will be a TREMENDOUS upgrade in graphical terms, and all it will do is turn off the integrated graphics that are in your CPU.
giving your CPU little more room to breath as well and letting the graphics be completely separate. overall good upgrade and will work fine.
do you have a good power supply?
