im curious.

is it ok? or can it mess you up.

does it affect you if you only do it one time ?

I really don't know what to tell you I've stayed a whole 3 days without sleeping just trying on new games that comes out and nearly i don't gI've a shit if i sleep or not is just I'm concentrated so much i forget sleep.

1 day is ok, dont make it a habit though because your body needs to rest.

24 hours of no sleep makes you react to things slower, so things like driving become a safety issue. You also might get a headache and thats about it. As I said, 1 day wont hurt you in the long term, just dont make it a habit.

its actually really bad for you, your blood pressure, heart rate, cortisol level (stress hormone) goes up. So i would keep it to a once a year occasion when the new cod comes out, just don't make it a habit.

I think one day is fine it won't harm you but it actually does. You suppose to have roughly 8 hours sleeps a day. I have not going to sleep. It just feels ugly, seems not right!

a days sleep isn't to bad to miss there is research on it and it literally only starts affecting you say near the end on the day cause then your brain has been working with no rest for a day cause it will reach a limit of I need to rest and you will just feel tired. I have insomnia and I've missed 3 days of sleep so far the only thing I'm noticing is my reflexes are a bit slower like the amount of times I've had to correct words while typing this is unreal and the amount of times during the day I forget what I'm doing is stupid il be up for another two days then most like crash for around 3 to 6 hours and repeat again.
