I need some anime recommendations please I have literally nothing to watch.
Please don't recommend no sports anime. I like my anime to be of a darker tone and has to have action. And a good story of course. My anime list is going to be down there.

I highly recommend -

Sword Art Online - it's not dark as such but has plenty of action and can be quite twisted in some areas
Blue exorcist - this has more of a darker and violent tone with action throughout
Fairy tail - My personal favorite and I'm still currently on season 2 and I'm loving it more than anything I've ever watched. It has great action and the story line can be rather twisted but it's typically a happy and really funny anime, I recommend this the most as there are roughly seven seasons with 40+ episodes per season so it will keep you busy. The sheer amount of twists and turns will keep you interested and incredibly entertained

I have seen those shows. I have dropped Fairy Tail it wasnt really a dark anime. Its in my dropped section.

The animation is kind of not that good. I have tried to watch it and it ain't dark.
Doesnt take away from it being a good show but it isnt my taste.

Grisaia no Meikyuu (movie)
Grisaia no Rakuen (series after movie)

You can skip Grisaia no Kajitsu (first series) if you want but it's not as good.

I dont really like movies like that so I dont know if I will watch Grisaia no Meikyuu.

Currently watching Akame Ga Kill, I find it has the dark side of the force feel with good action and gore. Have you seen it before?
